How does it work?

1. Choose your juices or cleanses

Visit the 'Order Juices' page and select the fresh juices, shots, Juice cleanse or bundle you want. Each delivery subscription must consist of at least 16 juices.

2. Choose your subscription

Once at the ‘checkout' page, select the subscription that suits you; 3, 6 or 12 deliveries. Choose the delivery time for your first delivery and checkout. Payments for subsequent deliveries are automatically debited when the ordered juices are shipped to you.

How do I get a Juice Stars subscription?

At Juice Stars, flexibility is key. Before every delivery, you’ll receive a reminder email 5 days in advance, giving you plenty of time to tailor your subscription to your needs. You can easily update your delivery preferences—including the type of juices, shots, cleanses, or bundles you’d like to receive. Each subscription requires a minimum of 16 juices or shots per order.

Can I change the shipping date?

You can change your shipment up to 3 days before scheduled. Once updated, your payment and delivery frequency will automatically adjust, including the direct debit. You’ll receive a reminder email 3 days before each shipment to help you make any last-minute changes. Simply log in to your Juice Stars account and use the “Manage Subscription” feature to update your preferences with ease.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, you can update your delivery address up to 24 hours before your scheduled shipment on a business day. Simply log in to your Juice Stars account and make the change under the “Address” section—quick and easy.

Can I add extra juices to my current subscription?

Yes, you can fully customize the contents of your box before each shipment Any changes you make will automatically be reflected in your direct debit. Simply log in to your Juice Stars account, go to the “Manage Subscription” section, and click “Change Subscription” to update your selection of juices, shots, cleanses, or bundles for your next delivery.

Do I have to purchase a minimum number of deliveries within a subscription?

If you sign up for a 3-delivery subscription, all 3 deliveries are required.

For a 6-delivery subscription, you’ll need to complete at least 5 deliveries.

With a 12-delivery subscription, a minimum of 9 deliveries must be fulfilled.

What is the minimum order size for a subscription?

The minimum order for a subscription is 16 items—this can include juices, shots, juice cleanses, or juice bundles. The price per delivery depends on your specific selections and the subscription plan you've chosen. Your subscription discount is applied to the total price of the juices, and standard delivery fees will also apply.

How can I pay for a subscription?

When you start a subscription, you’ll pay for the first delivery upfront using PayPal, Apple Pay, or a credit card. After that, each shipment is charged automatically—only on the day it ships. This means you’re not billed monthly, but per delivery.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to 12 weeks at a time. Simply log in to your Juice Stars account and use the “Manage Subscription” feature. Click on “Change Day” then select a new shipment date up to 12 weeks later using the calendar.

Can I use discount codes in combination with a subscription?

Discount codes cannot be applied to subscriptions. However, you’ll automatically receive a 10%, 15%, or 20% discount on your juices, depending on the subscription plan you choose.

How can I renew my subscription?

If you don’t cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew for one additional delivery. That means if you want to keep receiving our juices, no action is needed—your discount and preferences will stay the same. For example, if you started with a 3-delivery subscription and it automatically extends to 6 deliveries, your original 10% discount will still apply. Customers with a 12-delivery subscription already receive the maximum discount of 20%.

If you’re on a 3- or 6-delivery plan and want to continue receiving juices and unlock a higher discount, you can upgrade to a 6- or 12-delivery subscription. This could increase your savings by 10% to 15%.

To make this change, simply email us at admin@juicestars.com or give us a call. Once your original subscription's minimum number of deliveries has been completed, we’ll close it and help you set up a new subscription with your preferred discount level at checkout.

When and how can I cancel my subscription?

After you’ve completed the minimum number of deliveries in your subscription, you are no longer bound by our terms and conditions. You can then cancel your Juice Stars subscription at any time before the next scheduled delivery. For a 3-delivery subscription, cancellation is possible after 3 deliveries. For a 6-delivery subscription, cancellation is possible after 5 deliveries. For a 12-delivery subscription, cancellation is possible after 9 deliveries. You must cancel your subscription no later than the day you receive your reminder email—3 days before the next scheduled shipment. If you cancel after this point, one final delivery and payment will still be processed. If you do not cancel your subscription after completing the minimum number of deliveries, it will automatically renew. You can easily stop the automatic renewal by logging into your Juice Stars account and using the “Manage Subscription” option.
